About The Position

We are hiring a First Shift Mechanical/Electrical Assembler for our busy manufacturing department. This position is working on one of our many product lines using hand and power tools to put together a boiler from scratch. Cross-training on multiple stations and products is our practice. Our first shift hours are Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30pm, with the possibility of overtime on Fridays.

Requirements

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Effective communication skills.
Basic math skills.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Dependable.
Ability to be flexible on working overtime.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

A minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assemble boilers from scratch using hand and power tools.
