About The Position
Provide engineering support necessary to introduce products to the market and supply existing products to our customers in a timely and cost-effective manner. This position will serve the tramp metal product groups.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and quality information to process customer requests and orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain integrity of product drawings and support file documentation.
- Develop, design, and implement new product ideas and existing product improvements from concept to production to meet goals of project and team.
