As a Design Technical Manager, you will be responsible for leading quality assurance/quality control for the team, providing senior level design review for the team, and attending client meetings. You will direct and manage project staff on technical aspects of projects. You may also travel to job sites at different stages in construction and work in all types of terrain and weather conditions.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the consulting industry, with a strong background in engineering and design
  • Proficiency in CAD/BIM software, Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Plant 3D is highly regarded

Nice To Haves

  • An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting and Design is preferred
