About The Position

We are currently seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time salary position offering excellent benefits and a great opportunity for growth with longevity. With a weekday work week, Monday-Friday and dayshift hours. This position makes for a stable workweek for those who need to enjoy a familiar and consistent schedule.

Requirements

• Proficient in SolidWorks
• Hydraulics knowledge
• Materials knowledge (various metals and plastics)
• Good understanding of the principles of mechanical engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• 2 years of experience in Mechanical Design with an emphasis in hydraulics
• Experience in Materials (various metals and plastics)

Nice To Haves

• Plumbing and electrical experience a plus, but not necessary
• Experience in electrical components, construction and/or maintenance services is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Designing and testing new products
• Designing molded components
• Improvements to existing products
• Sourcing parts and materials
• Develop BOMs
• Working with a team to achieve results
