About The Position

This role involves designing, building, and prototype testing for the next generation broad band plasma (BBP) Wafer inspection opto-mechanical assemblies. The engineer will collaborate with core suppliers and work with cross-functional teams including system, optical, electrical, and software engineers to derive subsystem requirements and conduct design reviews. The position also includes qualifying and releasing mechanism designs and providing support for onsite manufacturing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design.
• Proficiency in CAD Modeling using Creo.
• Experience in precision mechanism development including actuator selection, tolerance analysis, and lifetime evaluation.
• Expertise in optics mounting, alignment, and adjustment design.
• Experience with CAE tools for thermal and structural simulation.

Nice To Haves

• ANSYS experience.
• Flow analysis experience.
