About The Position

As a Mechanical Design Engineer I here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will contribute to the design and development of mechanical components and systems for space applications that meet stringent performance and quality standards. You will apply engineering principles to create innovative solutions that support product development and manufacturing processes. In this role, you will impact the successful delivery of mechanical design projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring design accuracy, and supporting the integration of mechanical systems within larger assemblies. Responsibilities

• Develop detailed mechanical designs and drawings using CAD software to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
• Support prototype development and testing activities to validate mechanical designs.
