We are partnered with a highly specialized engineering and manufacturing company that designs and builds custom automated machinery used across North America. This is not a traditional design role. Engineers here are responsible for the full lifecycle of each machine — from concept and design through fabrication, testing, and final customer delivery. Every project is different, and your work is visible in real-world production environments. Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering degree or relevant technical background
- Strong SolidWorks experience
- Experience in machinery, automation, or capital equipment
- Mechanical systems knowledge (power transmission, pneumatics, motion systems)
- Hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving ability

Responsibilities
- Design custom machinery and automated equipment using SolidWorks
- Work with mechanical systems including conveyors, gearboxes, motors, and pneumatics
- Develop detailed BOMs and mechanical assemblies
- Collaborate with fabrication and assembly teams during builds
- Support in-house testing and machine runoffs
- Interface with internal teams and customers throughout project lifecycle
