Requirements

8+ years of progressive mechanical construction experience, including experience in a construction management, superintendent, project management, or similar field leadership capacity.
Experience supporting large-scale ground-up construction projects.
Strong understanding of mechanical construction, including HVAC, piping, mechanical utilities, equipment installation, and related systems.
Previous experience in a Mechanical Construction Manager, Mechanical Superintendent, Project Manager, or similar field leadership role.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, contractor coordination, safety, quality, and schedule management.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work onsite for the duration of the project. Relocation is not required; traveling professionals are welcome to apply.

Nice To Haves

Experience within semiconductor, data center, advanced manufacturing, mission-critical, or large-scale industrial construction is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide field oversight and construction management for mechanical scopes throughout the project.
Coordinate mechanical construction activities with contractors, subcontractors, engineering teams, and other project disciplines.
Monitor field activities to ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with project drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedule requirements.
Support planning, sequencing, and coordination of mechanical work during ground-up construction.
Review construction progress and identify potential schedule impacts, field conflicts, or risks requiring resolution.
Participate in field walks, construction meetings, coordination meetings, and project progress reviews.
Work closely with project stakeholders to resolve field issues and maintain alignment across mechanical and related MEP scopes.
Monitor contractor performance and support successful execution of project milestones.
Provide clear communication and reporting regarding construction progress, risks, constraints, and upcoming activities.
