About The Position

The Mechanical Commissioning Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the execution of testing and commissioning activities for subcontractors. This role involves ensuring detailed checkout and verified functionality checks are performed, documenting results to meet contract standards, and performing system walkdowns. The engineer will verify installation and system readiness, monitor equipment performance, document deficiencies, and coordinate vendors and construction support. Additionally, the role supports turnover and acceptance testing, ensuring compliance with startup procedures and LOTO requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience working in Semi-conductor or Data Center industries is highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, pumps, and heat exchangers.
  • Knowledge of pressure vessels, compressors, and cooling systems.
  • Knowledge of mechanical utility systems and process piping systems.
  • Knowledge of packaged mechanical equipment.
