About The Position

This mechanical co-op position focuses on the design of mechanical building systems for commercial and federal clients. Applicants will work on a variety of project types from offices, schools, churches, barracks, labs, warehouses, prisons, and more, for clients located across the country and internationally. Follow the design process from beginning to end (design, bid, permit, construction) through the construction drawing process and get hands on experience by participating in site visits to see mechanical system designs in action. Effective communication skills and team collaboration are desired. The position will work closely with architects, landscape, interiors, other engineering disciplines, and clients.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Revit.
• Effective communication skills.
• Team collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Carrier HAP.
• Knowledge of Bluebeam.
