Requirements

Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail, communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in English.

Nice To Haves

Understanding of HVAC principles, equipment, and systems.
Knowledge of heating and cooling load calculations and equipment selection for heating, cooling, and ventilation.
Mechanical engineering qualification.

Responsibilities

Attend online meetings with the design team and review sketches, notes, and feedback.
Develop detailed HVAC plant and ductwork layouts from sketches using AutoCAD (2D) and, when required, Revit or SketchUp (3D).
Prepare planning application drawings, including internal and external service routes, penetrations, and plant locations.
Incorporate design feedback and ensure drawings align with company standards.
Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS) and applicable policies.
