Assembler - Training Provided We are looking for dependable people who are detail-oriented, comfortable working with their hands, and willing to learn. You do not need extensive manufacturing experience to succeed in this role. Hands-on training provided in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment. Requirements

• High school diploma, GED/HSE, or at least one year of relevant work experience
• Basic computer skills
• Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with basic hand tools
• Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, bend, lift, push/pull up to 50#.

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, mechanical, or electrical experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and optical components
• Follow detailed work instructions and established processes
• Use small parts, hand tools, and computer-based documentation systems
• Inspect your work for accuracy and quality
• Work with team members to meet production goals
• Learn new processes through training and coaching
