We're looking for a Mechanical Assembly Technician who will assemble MTS hydro-mechanical subsystems.
Requirements
- Two year certification from college or trade school or military training in an applicable discipline (mechanics, hydraulics, electronics) or Four years applicable experience in an applicable environment.
- Ability to use hand tools, specialized tooling, and basic measuring equipment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble hydro-mechanical subsystems according to engineering blueprints and specifications, bills of materials and manufacturing process documentation.
- Meet standards for quality, efficiency, and schedule.
- Interpret engineering documents to determine results and processes.
- Troubleshoot and repair new and customer hydro-mechanical subsystems.
- Disassemble and diagnose problems.
- Develop solutions and resolve performance issues.
- Collaborate to maintain accuracy of documents and records per MTS policies.
- Initiate modifications and/or improvements to engineering and manufacturing documentation.
- Participate in process and quality improvement activities.
- Maintain and actively develop skills assembling & testing MTS products and industry technology.
