About The Position

You will be the Mechanical Assembly Inspector for the Inspection Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring quality and compliance of mechanical assemblies. As the Mechanical Assembly Inspector you will be responsible for performing a variety of inspection operations on mechanical parts and assemblies throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

Working knowledge of machine parts, tooling section or mechanical assembly inspection
High school degree or equivalent
Must be able to: Read and interpret Engineering drawings
Use precision measurement equipment
Use computer programs such as Word, Excel, etc.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN

Responsibilities

Conduct inspections of mechanical parts, assemblies, tools, jigs, fixtures, prototypes, training devices, and detail parts.
Utilize visual, layout, and conventional measurement techniques and equipment.
Verify compliance with manufacturing prototype, production development, and production program specifications.
Document inspection results and report non‑conformances.
Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for quality enhancements.
