About The Position

BM-Tech Group provides onsite support for complex industrial installation and commissioning projects throughout North America. We are looking for motivated professionals who enjoy solving technical challenges, working on customer sites, and contributing to the successful execution of complex industrial projects.

Requirements

Associate's, Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
Experience in large plant, manufacturing, or process industries (required).
Proficiency in English (required).
Familiarity with MS Project and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
Proven team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in international project teams.
Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively for project assignments (up to 98%).

Nice To Haves

Experience with industrial installation, assembly, or commissioning is an advantage.
German language skills (preferred).
Experience with large-scale industrial projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Install, assemble and commission industrial equipment: Participate in machine assembly, pneumatic assembly, base frame and module installation, mechanical alignment, commissioning and startup of automated production lines.
Optimize performance: Support station readiness, mechanical troubleshooting, performance testing and punch-list completion.
Collaborate with clients: Maintain regular communication to ensure alignment and build strong relationships.
Track progress: Manage project timelines and milestones with detailed site reports.
Project collaboration: Work with international project teams to ensure efficient project execution and compliance.
Solve problems: Analyze issues and work closely with engineering teams for swift resolutions.
Manage handover: Facilitate the smooth transfer of machinery to clients, with proper documentation.
Handle changes: Effectively manage change and claim processes with clients and suppliers.
