Requirements

Must have excellent Interpersonal skills and excellent attendance.
Must have a great attitude and willing to grow with the company.
Must be able to work in a flexible team environment with job rotation as needed.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Good physical condition and endurance.

Nice To Haves

Willingness to cross train for other job functions such as testing, quality review and packing/crating product.

Responsibilities

Assemble appropriate materials.
Read and interpret drawings and work orders.
Clean parts and work area thoroughly.
Follow Verbal and Written Instructions.
Follow proper lifting techniques.
Use all hand tools required to perform the job but not limited to: hammers, drills, saws, screw guns, metal shears, utility knives, framing square, edging tool, etc.
Diligently follow safe practices for yourself and team members.
Work in a flexible team environment with job rotation as needed.
Work overtime as needed.
Cross train for other job functions such as testing, quality review and packing/crating product.
