About The Position

We are hiring Mechanical Assemblers for industrial manufacturing shop environments in the Houston area. These roles involve hands-on assembly of mechanical systems, equipment, and components in a production setting. This position offers long-term opportunity with potential advancement into lead roles based on performance and experience.

Requirements

• Ability to read and follow drawings and work instructions
• Familiarity with mechanical systems and fastening methods
• Experience using measuring tools (calipers, torque wrenches, levels, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Nice To Haves

• 2–5 years of mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Forklift or material handling experience is a plus
• ISO manufacturing environments
• Fabrication or assembly shop experience
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or CAD tools (not required)

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies using blueprints and work instructions
• Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and basic powered equipment
• Install mechanical parts such as frames, panels, tubing, piping, and hardware
• Perform quality checks using measuring and alignment tools
• Identify and report defective materials or issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Support production flow and assist team members as needed
• Follow all safety and manufacturing procedures
