About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our Rubidium Department. The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling, fitting, and securing mechanical components and subassemblies into finished products while following established specifications, drawings, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with common hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Experience with foam encapsulation and staking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fit, align, and secure mechanical components and subassemblies using hand tools and power tools.
• Interpret and follow blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, and assembly specifications.
• Perform foam encapsulation and staking processes in accordance with established procedures.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure proper fit, function, workmanship, and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Identify and communicate assembly issues or discrepancies to appropriate personnel.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
