This is how you WOW: Lead and Support Assembly Lines: Demonstrate proficiency across all assembly lines, stepping into any line to build with minimal support, and backing up the production lead in their absence. Drive Quality and Troubleshooting: Apply advanced quality processes (such as A3 and Root Cause Analysis), perform audits, test machines built on multiple lines, and possess deep product troubleshooting skills. Manage Line Metrics & Resources: Actively manage line metrics, update team boards, and navigate SAP with a high-level understanding to cross-compare schedules and plan resource workloads. Optimize Operations & Lean Principles: Successfully execute advanced KPS training, apply lean principles, resolve part shortages, and handle engineering change requests (ECR) or deviations as they relate to assembly. Ensure Process Execution: Follow strict work instructions, standardized work, and quality checkpoints while executing specialized tasks like trimming plastics, utilizing taping systems, and packing machines.
