Manufacturing Assembler Technician
About The Position
Selco Products, a family-owned company since 1958, is seeking a Mechanical Assembler. This full-time position offers a starting hourly rate of $19.50, opportunities for growth, an excellent benefits package, and a friendly, safe work environment. The role involves working with various components and tasks, including wire harness assembly, wire processing, mechanical assembly, crimping, soldering, grinding, welding, epoxy potting, packaging, and basic electronic testing. The company is expanding its automated production capabilities and prefers candidates with experience in automation systems or collaborative robots (cobots). Employees will rotate through tasks to maintain product quality for global customers.
Requirements
- All experience levels welcome—on-the-job training provided
- Prior assembly, soldering, or mechanical work is helpful
- Strong attention to detail and a positive team attitude
Nice To Haves
- Experience with automation systems or collaborative robots (cobots) is preferred
- PCBA assembly and basic electronic testing (a plus)
