About The Position

The Assembler is responsible for assembling and testing products, and for troubleshooting and resolving issues. This is an entry-level position with a pay range of $13.50hr - $18.50hr. The schedule is Monday-Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with potential for overtime Monday-Friday from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm and Saturdays from 5:00 am to 11:00 am. The start date is 08/31/2026 and the end date is 02/09/2027.

Requirements

• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to identify components.
• Ability to use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques.
• Ability to operate equipment.
• Ability to dimension and set tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Steel-toed boots must be supplied by the candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components of all Product Lines.
• Select correct tools and fixtures.
• Test assembled products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products.
• Create labor records for all transactions.
• Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.
