Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
2–4 years of mechanical assembly experience in a PCBA or electronics setting.
Proficiency in reading English technical documents and communicating in verbal/written forms
Use of torque drivers, calipers, and ESD-compliant tools.
Understanding of revision control, BOM structures, and ERP systems.

Nice To Haves

IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Interpret assembly drawings and documentation (BOMs, exploded views, ECNs).
Assemble mechanical subassemblies with PCBAs and wire harnesses into enclosures.
Apply torque specifications correctly using calibrated tools.
Conduct in-process checks for proper hardware installation and alignment.
Support troubleshooting and rework of minor mechanical issues.
May assist in prototype or engineering builds.
