About the role Job Summary The Industrial Motor & Generator Mechanic disassembles, inspects, cleans, repairs, reassembles, and supports testing of heavy-industrial motors, generators, pumps, and related rotating equipment. This role supports mission-critical equipment for utilities, water infrastructure, mining, manufacturing, semiconductor, aerospace, agriculture, food production, and other industrial markets. Mechanically inclined candidates from developing technicians to experienced mechanics are encouraged to apply; direct motor shop experience is helpful but not required for all candidates. Mechanics work in a skilled, team-oriented shop alongside winders, machinists, welders, test technicians, engineers, and supervisors to solve challenging repair problems together. Phoenix, Arizona
