About The Position
Easton Coach Company LLC is seeking a skilled Mechanic to perform scheduled preventative maintenance on vehicles, shop tools, and equipment. This role involves diagnosing and reporting potential failures, preparing quotes, maintaining service records, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. Adherence to company safety policies is essential.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as mechanic, automotive technician, or maintenance technician.
- Ability to read service manuals, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic data.
Nice To Haves
- Technical school certification or ASE coursework preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on vehicles, shop tools, and equipment (oil changes, filter replacements, inspections, lubrication, etc.).
- Diagnose and report wear, damage, or potential failures before breakdowns occur.
- Prepare quotes and work estimates as requested.
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records for all fleet and shop assets.
- Keep maintenance bays and tools organized, clean, and properly stocked.
- Adhere to company work safety policies.
