Responsibilities
- Ensure parts are available for shop technicians and/or mechanics.
- Issue purchase orders and purchases parts at the best possible price and value.
- Ensure parts are available based on projected needs.
- Input data related to POs and invoices.
- Maintain maintenance shop records and tire count.
- Maintain files for invoices and contracts.
- Handles department shipping and receiving.
- Handles OS&D delivered to outside terminal locations.
- Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.
