About The Position

Core & Main is seeking a mechanically inclined Mechanic who understands how equipment works and can use sound judgment while following established guidelines and procedures. The role involves maintaining company equipment and vehicles as part of preserving workplace safety. The mechanic should be experienced in cleaning, inspecting, and testing mechanical equipment and in preparing accurate records to track maintenance, repairs, and related information. Requirements

• Mechanically inclined, with an ability to understand how things work.
• Effective communication skills.
• Confidence exercising judgment while following established guidelines and procedures.
• Experience cleaning, inspecting, and testing mechanical equipment.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to prepare accurate maintenance and repair records.

Nice To Haves

• Preferably 2–5 years of related experience.
