Requirements

Verifiable experience working on diesel trucks or heavy-duty equipment (required)
Ability to diagnose and repair diesel engines, brakes, transmissions, and other truck systems
Ownership of necessary mechanic tools
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Team-oriented attitude and commitment to quality
Desire to continue learning and growing professionally
Must be 18 years or older
Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License
Ability to pass background check, physical, and pre-employment & random drug tests

Nice To Haves

ASE certification fees paid 100% by the company
$250 bonus + commission increase for each ASE earned
Additional $500 bonus for Master ASE Certification

Responsibilities

Service and repair all makes of Class 8 semi-trucks and trailers
Perform thorough vehicle inspections and document needed repairs accurately
Complete repairs efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards
Inspect completed work to ensure customer satisfaction
Communicate clearly with Service Writers and other technicians
Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized, OSHA-compliant workspace
Collaborate with a skilled, team-driven shop to keep operations running smoothly
