Requirements

  • Must have at least 3 years’ experience working as a mechanic
  • At least 1 year experience repairing diesel engines and hydraulic systems
  • General knowledge of computers using Microsoft Word and Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Welding and fabrication experience is preferred but not required
  • Experience repairing air brakes; certification is preferred but not required
  • Class A CDL license preferred

Responsibilities

  • Routine maintenance and service of fleet vehicles, pickups, light & medium dump trucks, etc.
  • Hydraulic and engine repairs
  • Air brake repairs
  • Chassis repairs
  • Repair of general construction equipment, air compressors, backhoes, etc.
  • Must be able to work with minimum supervision
