About The Position

Big Brand Tire & Service is hiring a Mechanic to diagnose and repair vehicles, perform preventive maintenance, and help keep the shop organized, stocked, and safe. Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional mechanical experience.
• Skill in brakes, suspension, steering, and alignments.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 70 pounds.
• Detail-oriented and team-driven.
• Open availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform brake jobs, including disc and drum brakes and lathe work.
• Repair suspension systems, including struts, shocks, and control arms.
• Perform alignments and steering system repairs.
• Replace under-hood components, including water pumps, alternators, radiators, belts, and hoses.
• Mount, dismount, and balance tires.
• Perform oil changes and preventive maintenance.
• Test and install batteries.
• Keep the shop organized, stocked, and safe.
