Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs, with or without mechanical assistance.
Capable of performing physically demanding work, including repetitive motion and working in various conditions (awkward positions, vibration, etc.).
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Overtime may be required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with heavy-duty or commercial tires preferred.

Responsibilities

Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on passenger vehicles, light trucks, semi-trucks, and industrial equipment.
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on semi-trucks and trailers, including HVAC systems, brakes, steering & suspension, drivetrain components, and electrical systems.
Utilize and maintain Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS).
Assist with inventory tasks, including loading, unloading, and physical counts.
Participate in ongoing training and follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
