About The Position

Weston & Sampson CMR is seeking a Mechanic to join a team servicing equipment throughout New England, primarily in the South Shore/Plymouth region. The role involves equipment demolition, repair, and installation, along with planning work to ensure materials are available before tasks begin. The mechanic will coordinate with other crafts, manage work within established budgets and hours, and complete weekly online safety training.

Requirements

• OSHA certification.
• One year of CMR experience with increased responsibilities.
• Advanced in-house pump and pipe training.
• Outside pump and seal training.
• In-house basic pump and motor controls training.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment demolition, repairs, and new installations according to plans, specifications, or directions for on-call repairs and replacements.
• Review and plan projects and tasks to ensure materials are on site before work begins and minimize time lost traveling to purchase missing parts.
• Work with other crafts to ensure proper installation of interdisciplinary work.
• Know and adhere to project budgets and hours.
• Complete required weekly online safety training.
