About The Position

This position will support the FC by performing maintenance work on the conveyor system, robotics, and related equipment. Maintenance involves, but is not limited to, the following trades: electrical, mechanical, welding / metal fabrication, and PIT repair. Position also involves equipment installation and repair, generation of reports, inventory of maintenance/facility parts. The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in mechanical engineering to maintain and/or replace conveyor, V-belts, gear boxes, and motor controls (drive cards), test, maintain, install, repair + calibrate equipment (sorters, conveyor, lifts, box sizers, PIT, etc.), perform Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM), perform Breakdown Analysis + utilize PLC, perform daily equipment walkthrough, read schematics, conduct electromechanics, robotics, and mechanical troubleshooting, and assist the maintenance team as needed.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Experience maintaining FC/DC machinery + conveyance
Excellent mechanical + electrical abilities (up to 480V)
Regularly to lift up to 20 lbs throughout the shift and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist or crouch for entirety of shift

Responsibilities
