About The Position

Weston & Sampson CMR is seeking a Mechanic to work on a team servicing equipment throughout New England primarily focused in the South Shore/Plymouth region. The role involves performing demonstrations, repairs, and new installations of equipment according to plans and specifications, as well as handling on-call repairs and replacements. A key aspect of the job is to thoroughly review and plan projects/tasks to ensure all necessary materials are on-site before starting work to minimize downtime. The Mechanic will also collaborate with other crafts to ensure proper interdisciplinary work installation and adhere to project budgets and hours. Additionally, completing required weekly online safety training is a part of the role.

Requirements

OSHA Certification required
1 years of CMR experience with increased responsibilities.
Advanced In house Pump and pipe training.
Outside Pump and Seal Training
In House basic pump and motor controls.
Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Perform demo, repair and new installations of equipment per plans, specifications or as directed for on call repairs/replacements.
Thoroughly review and plan projects/tasks to ensure materials are on site prior to start of work to minimize lost time due to travel to buy missing parts.
Work with other craft to ensure proper installation of interdisciplinary work.
Know the budget, adhere to budget/hours.
Complete required weekly online safety training.
