About The Position
Riley's Auto And Diesel Repair in Lacombe, LA seeks a skilled Mechanic Helper. This is an experienced, part-time position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues on a variety of vehicles.
Requirements
- Must have relevant experience
- Own tools
- Proven experience as a Mechanic
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as an Ohmmeter
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Entry Level apprenticeship at least 1 year
- Driver's License (Required)
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, and brake replacements, alternator, starter replacements and etc.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed.
- Test drive vehicles to ensure proper functioning after repairs.
