About The Position

The Mechanic B role at TreeHouse Foods’ Womelsdorf location supports the Maintenance team and key initiatives to improve plant performance, quality, and safety. The role involves running food manufacturing processing equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining housekeeping standards in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies and procedures, following work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality, and recognizing and reporting employee safety, food safety, or quality issues.

This is a full-time, permanent role with rotating days and weeks. Overtime may be available depending on business needs. Compensation is $29.75 per hour, including shift differential, with opportunities to earn more through overtime.

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing environment; food manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience following instructions and process documents.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends.
