About The Position

This role diagnoses, repairs, and maintains mobile and fixed plant equipment with increasing independence. It also involves performing preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime, troubleshooting mechanical systems, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Completing inspections, documentation, and work orders in alignment with safety standards, and collaborating with maintenance and operations teams to support efficient site performance are key aspects of this position.

Requirements

Strong mechanical capability with the ability to apply advanced troubleshooting skills
Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and following established procedures
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
Clear communication skills and a proactive, solution‑focused mindset
Motivation to continue developing technical skills through training and mentorship
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check
Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment
