About The Position

Continually improve processes and equipment throughout the plant and grounds. Perform preventative maintenance to maximize the efficiency of all plant processes using record keeping, knowledge, skills and effective communications. Maintain and monitor equipment. Repair, rebuild and lubricate equipment as needed. Perform preventative maintenance. Practice GMP and food safety requirements. Communicate effectively.

Must be able to perform duties while adhering to Tree Top operational policies, safety rules, procedures and good manufacturing practices.
Must report food safety and food quality problems or risks to personnel with the authority to initiate action.
Must be able to use hands to finger, handle, reach, feel objects, tools, or controls.
Must be able to reach with hands and arms.
Must be able to climb or balance.
Must be able to talk, hear, taste or smell.
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
Must be able to occasionally climb and balance.
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
Must have specific vision abilities including close vision for testing, distance vision, color vision for testing and seeing color, peripheral vision to observe two processes, depth perception for working with equipment and the ability to adjust focus for seeing defective material.
