About The Position
Processes and packages meat portion control cuts. Operates meat tenderizer and vacuum packager. Prepares, weighs, packages, and boxes meat products. Responsible for meat storage and cleaning and sanitizing meat room. Other duties and assigned.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to frequently lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.
- Must successfully pass apprentice/training program.
Nice To Haves
- High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
