The Meat Wrapper is responsible for grinding meat, wrapping all cut products, stocking and rotating lunch meat and chicken products, pulling out-of-code products, and learning UPC codes and meat cuts. This role involves direct customer interaction, ensuring product freshness, and maintaining department appearance. Additionally, the position requires various operational tasks such as operating a scale/UPC labeler, grinding meat, climbing ladders, stacking off pallets, building displays, operating a baler and lift, answering calls, and operating a trash compactor.
