Responsibilities

Chop meat to size for display or as ordered by the customer.
Cut, wrap, trim, produce sausage, package and price all meat items.
Maintain, fill, and stock cases in the meat department.
Receive merchandise in the meat department.
Work safely and adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.
Prepare meat for display on the sales floor.
Maintain accurate department signage and pricing.
Stock, price, rotate and place product on meat displays according to DeCicco & Sons standards.
Maintain sanitation standards in the backroom, cooler, and sales area.
Wash, trim, and wrap products.
Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
