Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Pull and stock live load and backstock, including in coolers and freezers; replenish the salesfloor as needed and prior to afternoon drive time.
  • Maintain merchandise and presentation for all products within the department scope, review merchandise for short-dated and outdated products and execute markdowns and throwaways.
  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain the organization of all equipment.
  • Make regular temperature checks and Smart Sense checks for coolers and freezers.
  • Build rapport with customers, both within the department and at the service counters.
  • Display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language.
  • Respond to customer questions in an effective manner.
  • Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks.
  • Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and products for our customers.
