About The Position

Individuals applying for this position should be willing to make lasting connections with our customers, fill and rotate cases and displays (may be some heavy lifting-up to 50lbs), assist with merchandising and receiving products to keep our shelves full, help maintain a clean and sanitary store, and work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department. The ideal candidate will be a part of a dedicated team that enjoys their job, arrives promptly for shifts, and works as scheduled.

Requirements

• Make lasting connections with our customers
• Willing to lift/carry up to 100 lbs.
• Willing to push over 2200 force lbs.
• Willing to walk, reach, stoop/bend, squat, and turn
• Willing to operate a meat saw, meat slicer, scale, racks, knives, meat grinder, cuber, bulker, meat mixer, pattymachine, tenderizer, pressure washer, telephone, and paging system
• Ability to use judgment/decision making
• Ability to engage in social skills/verbal interaction
• Ability to memorize, read, write, and perform math
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures and wet surfaces
• Willingness to operate a pallet jack, flatbed
