The Fresh Market is seeking a Meat & Seafood Department Lead who is passionate about food and committed to delivering an excellent guest experience. This role supports the Meat & Seafood Department Manager in leading the team, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining department standards. The Lead will coach and develop team members, solve problems, and act as the manager in their absence. This position reports to the Department Manager and emphasizes leadership, hospitality, excellence, and teamwork. Previous meat-cutting experience, including the use of knives, grinders, and meat saws, is preferred. The pay range for this position is $21.78 - $25.13 per hour.
