Meat & Seafood Associate- Part-time dayshift
About The Position
The Monadnock Food Co-op in downtown Keene is looking for a friendly and customer-focused Meat & Seafood Associate to join their team. This role involves providing superior customer service, speaking to local and organic meat and seafood options, and maintaining a well-presented and stocked department. The position requires good ethics, the ability to work independently with speed and accuracy, and cold tolerance. The purpose of this position is to give exceptional customer service to shoppers by providing a well-stocked, attractive department; this includes cutting, packaging and merchandising products. This position also assists the department managers and leads in ordering and pricing products.
Requirements
- Must have good ethics.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with speed and accuracy.
- Cold tolerance is required for this position.
- Must be available for the specified schedule (opening shift to include weekend hours, 30-34 hours per week).
