About The Position

Lunds & Byerlys Bloomington is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Meat & Seafood Assistant Manager to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $20.50-$29.13/hr. We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 6:00am-10:00pm.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Food safety certification
Minium of Two (2) years' work experience in Meat & Seafood Leadership
Service oriented with high energy and a friendly demeanor
Completion of L&B Meat and Seafood training, or ability to complete.
Product knowledge
Comprehension of financial concepts
Understanding of retail operations
Computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Strong customer service, interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
Sound judgment and decision-making abilities
Ability to respond to continually changing priorities and coordinate multiple projects
Ability to work closely with internal and external customers
Comply with USDA, FDA, OSHA, and all other regulatory agencies
