Responsibilities

Execute and support division merchandising plans across assigned stores
Partner with Department Managers and Store Directors to drive sales, gross profit, and labor targets
Evaluate store conditions (presentation, cleanliness, policy compliance) through regular visits
Develop, implement, and maintain training programs for department staff
Monitor and analyze departmental performance (sales, labor, gross profit)
Implement new merchandising strategies and ensure proper staff training
Provide merchandising feedback to divisional leadership
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
Support new store openings and remodels
Participate in departmental and divisional sales meetings
