This role involves checking dates, rotating stock, ensuring product appearance, adhering to safety and sanitation standards, assisting with inventory, and wrapping meat for display and sale. The position also requires observing proper scale maintenance and sanitation, and performing additional duties as assigned by the Meat Manager on Duty. The ability to safely work near meat cutting and grinding equipment is essential.
