The Meat Market Cutter is responsible for cutting and merchandising meat according to proper trim standards. This role involves the safe operation and maintenance of meat cutting equipment, including band saws, and adherence to safety and sanitation procedures. The Meat Market Cutter will also assist in training new meat wrappers and trainees, unloading trucks, maintaining inventory counts, rotating stock, and wrapping meat for display cases.
