About The Position

The Meat Manager is a department manager who leads and supports the team and drives operational excellence. Department teams help ensure stores are clean, organized, well-stocked, and ready to serve customers. Depending on the area of responsibility, work may involve merchandising, inventory management, product quality, receiving shipments, and customer service. The role helps develop the team, achieve business goals, and build strong customer relationships while contributing to positive experiences for associates, customers, and the community.

Responsibilities
