About The Position

This role focuses on creating outstanding customer experiences through exceptional service in the meat department. The associate will establish and maintain a safe, clean, and fresh environment to encourage customer return. They will assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals and monitor all established quality assurance standards. The position requires embracing the Customer 1st strategy and encouraging associates to deliver excellent customer service, while demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
